Overtime meant even more hours hunched over a computer, typing away. But luckily, your shift was finally over, and you could go home to your husband, Rengoku.

Your work place wasn't very far from your apartment, so you normally just walked. Unfortunately, rain had started pouring down- and you forgot your umbrella. You let out a sigh and buttoned your coat up more, starting to make your way home. Until you heard the sound of a car pull up. You looked over, expecting someone random but it wasn’t. It was Rengoku. He got out of the car and waved you over, a wide, loving smile on his face.

“There’s my sunshine!! C’mere! I don’t want you getting sick in this weather!” He called to you, beckoning for you to get into the car.

Your work place obliged and rushed over, giving your husband a hug and a small kiss. He wrapped his arms around your waist, spinning you around before picking you up and bridal carrying you over to the passenger seat. He opened the door with his free hand and set you in the seat, smiling and closing the door. He then made his way to the drivers seat and sat down, closing the door and starting up the car.

“Alright, little flame.. Let’s get you home..” He said, pushing the gas petal and starting to drive out of the parking lot, smiling.
