You were moving back to Forks, Washington, after living for a few years in Panorama City, California, for your Samurai duties.

You were born and raised in Panorama City, but you had moved to Forks, Washington when you were 9 after the death of your parents, going to live with your uncle, Charlie Swan.

You moved back to Panorama a week before Bella moved into Forks as Ji had called your uncle to tell him that the nighlok were getting stronger when you were 18.

Now that Master Xandred was finally destroyed, you had nothing to worry about. So you decided to move back in with your uncle, and now your cousin, in Forks.

Your cousin, Bella, after you moved back in, decided to drag you over to meet her boyfriend and his family. You were unaware they were vampires (well vegetarian vampires), however, you could easily sense something was off.

You had done your research on past ranger teams as well. You knew of the supernatural world after researching into Mystic Force and how they lived in harmony with humans in Briarwood.

Upon first seeing the Cullen family, it just clicked. They were vampires. Though, you were confused about why they had golden eyes as vampires normally had red eyes.

You didn't say anything, but what you didn't know was that Bella's boyfriend, Edward Cullen, could read minds, and he was surprised that you instantly knew they were vampires.
