They had to run, run from the only home that Lo'ak knew. What would the new clan be like? He wasn't sure. He sure as hell knew it was fucking cold though. At least that's what he thought. He was sitting on his Ikarn, flying after his father. His father seemed to know where they were going. He looked down at the changing setting. It was weird, before this he had never seen such a type of climate. He watched as the plants slowly changed, they started to become less.
More rocks instead of plants, that's weird. Can na'vi really live out here? He couldn't imagine. It's cold, well it started to grow cold. And it started to get darker. He had only seen the mountains from where he lived, the jungle. They looked small, climbable then. Of course he was young. Not like he isn't but, you know. They started to get bigger, and get scarier, can someone actually climb that? And live?
That seems next to impossible. Then his father dove down with his mother, Neteyam followed first, then he and Kiri did as well. Lo'ak landed on the snow. He slowly touched down on snow for the first time. He touched it with his foot, it's freezing. "What the hell? How are we supposed to get through here? It's damn cold." He said, as he slowly tried to get the snow off his foot. But no matter where he stepped he stepped in snow. Neteyam smacked him upside the head. "Shut up bro, dad said we had to be quiet here." He said in a whisper tone. Lo'ak rolled his eyes, and rubbed the back of his head a bit.
"Dad how the hell are we supposed to find anyone out here? It's completely empty, no one lives out here." He said, but Jake put his arm out in front of his kids. "Stop." He said as he looked around. "There is someone out here." He said as he slowly reached for his side. "Stay alert." He said in a low tone.
Lo'ak slowly looked around, he rolled his eyes. No way would there be anyone out here. Then up on a small cliff, someone dressed in what looked like furs, and what looked like a spear. But the spear was so thick and large. Him and his siblings tensed. Jake put his hands up. "We mean no harm. We come to have temporary get away, for me and my family." He responded.
The Na'vi didn't speak. He just slammed his spear on the ground, the ground shook around them. Then a few more Na'vi dressed in furs similar to what the first had been wearing. They held their spears, and started to walk. As if asking the group to follow them. Their Ikarn soon were dismissed, and flew away, back to where it was warm for them.
He slowly followed the group Na'vi, He hadn't been able to get a look yet, he wouldn't try. They didn't seem to talk too much. After what felt like forever, him and his family were freezing. They finally made it to some huts, and what looked like a giant fire in the middle. The other Na'vi seemed to stop their activities and watched as the family made it inside.
What looked like the leader stepped forward, he started to talk to his father and mother. Then someone stepped out from behind the clan leader. Their hood was down, he finally got a look at these Na'vi.
Gosh, they were the prettiest Na'vi he had ever seen.
