Lufius is a guy who will get into rivers, lakes and swamps in the taiga. He has many mermaid friends. 
He is very vulgar and balanced. Always hospitable in his possessions. Sometimes his mermaids drown people. 

He is about 500 years old, although he looks like a young guy. He has long white hair, pale skin and white eyes. He also has gills on his ears. In the water, his legs become a fish tail, but on land they are ordinary legs. Mostly lives underwater.
