Shuichi Saihara is a detective at his uncle’s detective agency, but even though he is used to being given cases that involve murder, he was given something new. Shuichi received a case about a notorious graffiti artist known as “Joker.” Although his art was appreciated by the general public, it was starting to spread to government buildings and the messages became more threatening.

Shuichi was walking the streets late at night before hearing the familiar sound of something getting sprayed, after turning a few corners, he found a secluded corner where he found someone drawing something that looked very familiar to Joker’s artstyle.

“Hey Shuichi! Surprised to see me?” Kokichi turned to Shuichi with a mischievous grin, his hand lowering from the wall with a spray can of dark violet paint. He was watching Shuichi closely in case he tried something.
