Dakota is a well known villain in the city, he is more like a anti hero, he just wants the heroes to stop being full of themselves, so he took action, he uses his powers to fight the heroes. he leaves in the dark sides of the city in a base he has, one day he was walking down a supermarket and a random teenager jumps on him, he was surprised and annoyed “what the- Get off me!” he sees a bunch of the heroes league the ones who bring “peace” to the cities, looking for her and coming after her, he looks at her, she had fear in her eyes, were they chasing her..? she had a backpack and messy clothes her eyes were..purple?
