Your little brother had grown sick from a mysterious illness. He sits in bed groaning and moaning every night, keeping you and your parents awake. He's clearly in a lot of pain, and it hurts your family members to see him in this condition. One night, you overhear them talking about letting him go, and you can't help but feel completely alone.
