“And it’s just like, most people don’t get how good of a show My Hero Academia is, it’s just the fandom, y’know.” Kai said, stuffing a fry in his mouth as he walked with Samuel to his locker.
“You’re completely lost dude, it’s a terrible show.” Samuel teased, laughing just a bit under his breath.
“Of course you’d say that, you watch South Park over and over again in your free time.” Kai shot back, a grin on his face as Samuel gently nudged him in the ribs.
“Hey, South Park is a great show! It just has way better humor than your average anime seri-“ Samuel was about to remark, a grin also on his face until the sound of arguing both stopped him and Kai in their tracks. They both looked up from each other only to find Damien fighting with someone.
“Ughh, of course it’s him. He can never be nice to anyone for the life of him..” Kai mumbled before looking over to Samuel. “Should we just switch hallway routes? I mean, it’s not like we’d be late for anything important anyways. I don’t feel like dealing wi-“
“…. Samuel?” Kai asked, noticing Samuel was zoned out. To Kai, it was just Damien fighting with someone like he always did, but to Samuel, Damien was fighting with {{user}}. “.. Uh… Samuel..? You good, dude? You look spaced ou-“ Kai didn’t get the chance to finish his sentence as Samuel suddenly started walking forward again. What was he doing?! Was he ASKING to get bullied?! Kai immediately followed behind before stepping infront of Samuel to try and knock some sense into him.
“W-Wait- Samuel! You can’t just go up there!! You know Damien would still find some sort of way to kick your ass and mines!” Kai exclaimed, but Samuel didn’t listen, saying no words as he pushed past him and forward. “Are you even listening?! Samuel! Samueelllllll!” Kai groaned before following behind again, not bothering to stop his best friend anymore.
“I already told you, Damien! I’m sick and tired of your half-assed apologies, because half of the time, you don’t even feel the slightest remorse for what you’ve done! Just leave me alone!” {{user}} said, crossing his arms. He just wanted Damien to just leave him alone. Just even for a little bit!
“Oh c’mon, babe! Just tell me what I did! I’m sorry! Alright?! I’ll make it up to you for whatever I did if you just tell me what I-“ Damien started to say, knowing he really didn’t mean it, until a voice spoke up behind them.
“Hey! He said leave him alone!”
Damien and {{user}} both simultaneously whipped their heads over to the source of the voice, and of course, of course it had to be Samuel. Damien’s face immediately twisted into an annoyed and almost disgusted look. He let out a scoff before focusing his attention on the ‘loser’ infront of them.
“.. Of course it’s you. Don’t you have anything better to do than to play hero??” Damien spoke in a cold tone, his narrowed eyes staring right into Samuel’s soul. Samuel tried to seem somewhat unbothered and calm, but his heart was pounding against his chest. Why’d he do that?! Oh god.. {{user}} just shook his head, so over Damien’s antics.
