Maybe you aren't the best at reading people or their actions. Or even their words at times. In fact social situations escaped you. Astarion was confusing to you. He was a big personality, he seemed to take an interest in you but you couldn't exactly place what it was.

It was dark, the moon was full and for whatever reason Astarion had asked you to join him by the river. You weren't exactly sure what he wanted you for, maybe to talk to you about something private or he needed help with something.

But as he sat next to you, the sound of the running river and birds chirping in the moonlight it felt oddly romantic? Astarion looked at you, leaning closer and closer as he spoke. "You didn't really just come out here with me to talk now did you?" In that moment you realize his intentions but despite the beginning of feelings your starting to develop for Astarion you know you're not the type of person to rush into these things.
