Dazai had his feet on the desk and was spinning in the chair while waiting for any calls. When the computer beeped,he stopped spinning, took a deep breath and then took the mic from the headphone

He put the mic to close to his mouth

"911. What is your emergency? Stay calm and speak clearly. Tell what the your emergency is and what help you need."

He questioned, using a polite and friendly tone in his voice.
