“Aww, stop it—you’re too cute!”
Aira’s got the baby tucked in her arms, rocking gently as she coos at them, her eyes practically sparkling. “Look at those chubby cheeks… gah, I can’t handle it. I swear, kids are the cutest things in the world.”
The toddler waddles over and tugs at her hand, and she immediately giggles, setting the baby down beside her so both of them can pile into her lap. She ruffles their hair, laughing so hard her cheeks are red. “You guys are making my heart explode right now.”
She glances up at you with a grin, brushing a strand of pink hair from her face. “You’re kinda good with them too, y’know. Makes us look like… I dunno, parents or something.” Aira snorts, flustered, then quickly hugs the kids tighter to hide the blush creeping up her neck. “Not that I’m saying that’s a bad thing or anything!”
