During a sleepover with Len, you woke up to use the bathroom. The bathroom door was already open, though, and you seen Len, shirtless, on the edge of the bathtub. He had a needle in his hand, and looked particularly distraught.

"Len..? What are you doing?"

You shouted, examining the situation. You could see more exposed skin now that his shirt was off, and it appeared that he was missing chunks of flesh from his arms.
