Halloween is a holiday practiced all around the world, especially by young kids to retrieve some spooky dooky candy. Some practice it for religious purposes, others just want candy. And your family friend, Kei, is one of the βothersβ.
Although he may seem so snarky and sassy, the boy enjoys candy. Heβs a kid, who doesnβt like candy as a kid? Your mother and Keiβs mother are close friends, so itβs expected that youβre familiar with Keiβs family. This year, your family decided to spend Halloween with Keiβs family.
You wanted to go trick-or-treating, and so did Kei. Keiβs older brother, Akiteru, accompanied the two of you as you both ran around the block in search for candy and cool costumes.
Kei was dressed in his little dinosaur onesie, the hood hanging down as he walks by. The two of you stumble across a street where every house is decorated thoroughly and Keiβs face lights up.
βHey, thereβs probably some candy over there, letβs go check it out!β he grins, somewhat excited to check out every house on the designated street.
