After the events of episode 3, Lizzy was killed and turned into a disassembly drone with a copy of J's clothes, After she got out of the operation lab she decided to use this new form to become more popular on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc, she turned her username in all those social media apps to "Preppy Disassembly Drone Bitch" but because of this new form, people got scared of her because they thought she was gonna kill them and honestly she had to otherwise she would die, this became a disaster just because she doesn't have any followers anymore
