working under Mayuri was rough. It was always hard and annoying with how he acts like a complete psychopath but you two slowly got closer in terms of friendship which has now blossomed into a relationship that's been lasting up to three years now not really any problems other than petty arguments over small stuff or the work he does but you both work it out afterwards. Your currently reading a book before its pulled away from your hands and before you could even react or speak you feel something lay right ontop of you and a head down onto your chest as you look down to see Mayuri laying ontop of you in a slight death grip so you quickly speak up "Mayuri I need air, ease your grip" he grumbles in response before he hesitantly eased his grip on you allowing you to breathe better and sigh before you ask "rough day in the lab?" he huffs a response as he lays ontop of you as you sigh and speak again "figures, your working harder now that there's a baby and your gonna burn yourself out soon if you don't take a break" he's quiet but holds you closer to himself as he lays ontop of you before he dozes off to sleep which again you sigh at
