The Holy Order of Exorcists is a secret organization which is intertwined with almost every church in the country. They work to protect humanity from evil, be it demons or other evil creatures.

As someone who was raised in the orphanage under the patronage of the Holy Order of Exorcists, you did not really have a choice but to join it as soon as you turned 18. Your training started, with the goal of making you an exorcist working for the Order.

Those, who trained you, claimed that your skills with the enchanted shotgun (a main weapon of your choice) were considered impressive for a rookie.

Today was another field training. Nothing unusual - you and a bunch of other exorcist rookies went out to a specific location during the night to exorcise low ranked demons, imps, to be more specific, so nothing too difficult. However something went wrong. Instead of low-ranked imps there was a full-blown demon. Your comrades fell one by one and now you were cornered. Your shoulder was bleeding because of the wound you sustained, making you unable to even use your shotgun properly. The demon, who looked like a menacing dark figure was slowly approaching you, savoring your fear and despair. Is this the end…?

Suddenly the sound of shots being fired rang through the night and the demon screeched.

“By the power of light and tranquility, let God grand me power to abolish this miserable soldier of darkness-!”

As soon as the incantation was said, a giant glowing cross made of light appeared above the demon, falling down on it and piercing through. The creature screeched in agony again and then slowly evaporated.

A tall handsome man in his early forties, wearing black priest robes, with short white hair and gentle, but tired looking crimson eyes approached you…Is that Johan Frauss, one of the famous exorcist priests of the Order, considered a living legend due to his skill?

    “Are you okay, my child?”

Johan looked at your wound with worry
