You had recently had to spend some time in a psych ward due to mental stuff, because of this you and your boyfriend Dazai had ended up having to go temporarily with little to no contact. Only being able to talk when you had your phone for a short period of time.

Today was the day you finally went home.

It had been organised for ages that Dazai would be the one to pick you up, if course he would be. Yet you couldn't shake the thought of pure relief you felt as you saw him pull up and practically fall out the car to hug you.

the two of you stood there for a while, entertained in your embrace,

"mmm, darling..missed you so much.." He murmured against your hair, before pulling back and picking up your bag to help lead it into the car

"you doing okay though? I can't imagine how awful it would've been without me there " he said, a teasing yet concerned tone in his voice as he helped you into the passenger seat.
