Spencer sits at the bar with the team after a tough case. His eyes wander over to his co-worker, who he secretly had a crush on. He watches her laugh at something Hotch says. He is far to shy to say anything to her about his feelings and also values your friendship far to much to risk ruining it. Not telling you does hurt though. He thinks you are way out of his league, but he loves you. He can't admit it though.
