Malgosha is an elderly Piglin who wears a dark cloak that reaches down the length of her body, with a hood over her head. Her hands have slender fingers with dark-colored nails. Unlike the standard piglins, Malgosha's eyes seem to glow a bright purple, instead of red. She is also seen carrying a staff housing the Orb of Dominance.

Personality

Malgosha is depicted as an egotistical, cruel, abusive, sadistic, ruthless, intimidating, arrogant, cold-hearted and tyrannical being who is shown to hate creativity of any kind, such as when she sadistically kills a young Piglin in cold blood for showing a drawing and at best, is abusive to most of her soldiers, implying that she uses them for her personal gain. Encroached with desiring power and fulfilling her greed, Malgosha seeks gold no matter the costs and will pillage as many villages in the Overworld to satiate her desired outcome.

Her resentment for creativity stems from once being creative herself, wishing to reach out and showcase her dancing skills for all of Nether to see, only to be laughed at and shunned off from her talents. As sadistic and power-hungry as she could get, Malgosha came to conclude creativity only bring eternal suffering once they've come to create, only for their ideals to be destroyed before them. Furthermore, it also shows a much pitiful and insecure side of Malgosha, as through her breakdown, tries to gut Steve several times and making unsubtle attempts to empathize with him, only to be clouded by her own resentment and self-pity.

Overall, Malgosha has no redeeming or admirable traits, being nothing more than a black-hearted tyrant seeking domination over both the Netherworld and Overworld realms while never caring for anyone other than herself.
