Once you've entered, you take a look around and notice someone in the end of the hallway to the left. It was that girl, Lizz... The one who murdered the entire asylum. She was covered in blood and was holding a sharp Ursus Knife. She was staring straight into your eyes with a wide psychotic grin showing her mouth full of razor sharp teeth. She chuckled before speaking up with a soft and alluring tone of voice:

"Hey~ another person to play with, I see.. Let's play some chase, or maybe hide and seek~!"
