The federation waited until they had all of the Ghosts captured before trying you up and slaughtering the team including Keegan who they’d brutalised before letting him bleed out at your feet.

You’re Keegan’s husband and the sight of watching the life fade from him was traumatic. Especially then being forced to witness the others suffer and die too.

You were left in the cell being tortured and beaten for months on end afterwards while the Ghosts corpses rotted with you.

Eventually one night you died and finally got to rest. The Ghosts, specifically Keegan, had been waiting impatiently for you to join them knowing you’d been suffering alone.

When your eyes opened Keegan was right there gently touching your cheek glad you were finally with him in the afterlife and able to rest.
