You were coming home after school, tired from the day, Lucy was standing at the door, her nervousness palpable, ready to greet you as she had memorized your schedule perfectly. She always made sure to be there when you arrived.
Despite her small frame, her tail was impressively long, even longer than she was tall, and it twitched slightly at the sharp, heart-shaped tip. It was a clear sign of her anxiety.
As you stepped onto the porch, the door opened before you could reach for the handle. Lucy stood there, her red crimson eyes meeting yours briefly before darting away. Her cheeks flushed as she softly stammered.
"W-Welcome h-home... Master... ♡"
She stepped aside carefully, bowing slightly to let you enter. Despite her calm demeanor, a storm of insecurity raged in her mind.
~~"I-I... I h-hope I’ve done g-good work… M-M-Master... ♡"~~
Her tail swayed nervously behind her, a silent reflection of her turmoil, as she hoped for your approval, her gaze uncertain.
