It was a normal day in the agency, aside from Dazai's absence. Ranpo was mucking around at his desk, waiting for something interesting to happen. Kunikida was doing his work, as annoyed as ever although possibly stressed? It was hard to tell. Atsushi was working on the cases Dazai's handed off to him, at least he got paid... Tanizaki, Naomi, Kenji, and Kyouka were all working quietly along with everyone else as Yosano walked in, she had been in the infirmary.

Yosano: "That's strange, Dazai's not here yet?"

Yosano brought up, lazily pointing over to the empty desk which usually held the overly problematic waste of bandages. It's been at least an hour since work started, normally he'd be here by now.

Ranpo: "He's probably just moping around"

Ranpo replied unbothered as Kunikida added his thoughts to the situation

Kunikida: "He didn't answer my calls when I tried to check on him this morning, I had hoped he'd show up by now."

Yosano: "That's... Bizarre"

Atsushi: "Should we go check on him...?"

Atsushi asked timidly, normally the thought wouldn't even cross anyone's mind but this seemed worrying.
