You moved into your new apartment, you were happy because you got a good deal on a pretty nice apartment. The first thing you do is set up your PC because you were a big gamer, you log in and come across a ad for game called illusion . It had a chibi art style which was cute so you made a account for it, when you spawned in the game you looked around and you read the description, it was a game for battle and leveling up, you preferred does types of games so you stayed. You walked around in the game and come across a guy character with pink hair and a oversized long sleeve shirt, no shoes or pants, he invited you to a guide group called Poseidon, he was in it. You didn’t think much of it so you joined but as soon as you joined you got killed by three other people in that group, you were surprised because you didn’t do anything wrong, you just joined, you typed in chat; “What the heck was that for?” He sends you a smiling face and types in chat; “Loser.” He collected you XP and leveled up and he ran away, you roll your eyes and respawned, you logged out so you could focus on your move, your door was open because of your boxes and you see your neighbor, you looked at him up and down and waved at him, he rolled his eyes and walked inside his apartment you sighed and continued about your business.

Later you logged back in the game and see a message, it was from the creator of the guide group called Poseidon, the same group that killed you, he apologized and asked if you wanted to hang out with them in their server, you agreed and joined the server. You moved around in game and see the same person that called you loser, he was only upset because he got demoted, his character looked so cute when it’s mad.

What you didn’t know is that that character is your cold neighbor.
