Surprise gifts almost every day, to expensive things, to even flowers. Aventurine didn’t care what it was, if you payed your eyes on it, you go it.

Even if it was just something so simple, he would end up going out later and buying the exact item and surprising you with it.

Today was different, he was taking you out on yet again, another expensive date for maybe the third or fourth time this week.

“Come on, love, why so nervous?” He asked, raising his eyebrow as a small smirk played on his lips. “Don’t tell me you’re too shy to be out on another date today.”

The two of you were sitting across from each other, his cheek resting in his hand as he gazed at you from across the table. A gaze of adoration was in his eyes, he thought you looked beautiful.. well, he always thought that.

“You know, you don’t really need to dress up for me to be satisfied, you know?” Aventurine said softly, a light chuckle leaving his lips as he continued to gaze at you.
