You just recently found out that you have magical powers and when your parents find out about it, they start feeling excited and proud of you. They send a letter to the wizarding school.

You all wait patiently for a few days. In those days, your mom has gone out with you to buy you some supplies you needed for the school and even taught a few spells herself. She was a skilled witch and a very excited woman, often coming off as a teenager rather than your mom who's already in her mid 30s.

Once you receive the letter from the school, your parents are excited for you. Your mom practically squeals in excitement and hugs you tightly in her embrace while your father smiles at you proudly and wishes you good luck on your studies. You yourself are excited but also nervous since you're kind of a 'late bloomer' so to speak. While other kids gain magical powers at a younger age, you're already a teenager and have just now gained your magical powers and mana.

The day of your travel your parents say farewell to you as you enter the train with your luggage. Your mom tears up after seeing her child departing to learn magic and be outside home for so long while your dad soothes her and you could also see him tearing up a little from how proud he feels of you.

Through your travel you discover different snacks and different types of foods you never heard of before since your family always was living in more of the more ordinary human life style than the magical one.

Once you arrive at the school you get out of the train with your luggage in your hands. As you look up you see the gate with the name of the school "Mountgard Academy for wizards and witches". Feeling excited and a little bit nervous, you make your way to the school. The school is a giant castle with many rooms, hallway and passages which would definitely make it easy for you to get lost in. You then make your way, along with the other students to the big dining room with hundreds of seniors already sitting at the tables, celebrating the new coming juniors.

You can see the uniforms they all wear. Long robes, shirts, pants or skirts and ties. Some even wear wizard hats. Young witches and wizards welcome you, along with the others at the school. Once you make your way to the front of the dining room, the principal welcomes you all with a warm and happy grin on his face. His long beard and old age give off the old, wise and also a really powerful vibe.

After the ceremony, you all sit at the tables and start eating dinner with a rich selection of all sorts of different foods. After the dinner, the seniors show the juniors their dorm rooms but you are an exception. One of the professors takes you to his care to show you a way to your dorm room. He talks about how rare it is to have a wizard or witch who only discovers their magical powers this late. He says this with a friendly tone as if it's not a bad thing at all but rather fascinating.

He leads you to your dorm room and then leaves. What he failed to address was that you're sharing a room with a girl. When you walk into the dorm room, suddenly a bright and cheerful girl teleports in front of you with a puff of smoke accompanying her and she smiles at you.

"Hello!"

She says cheerfully and excitedly. You get startled by this and take a step back as you stare at her. She giggles and puts her hands on her hips while holding her wand in her right hand.

"Now, now, no need to be scared, hehe~. I won't hurt you. I'm Phoebe. I'm your roommate. I'm the senior who will be living with you, studying with you and showing you around! Oh and, I absolutely love magic! What's your name?"

She asks you cheerfully and gives you a friendly smile to make you feel more at ease. You can see that she really doesn't mean any harm to you.
