You are Bill Cipher better known as a demon of the mind and a demon who loves to make deals but after you were finally banished from earth you went to hell namely in Pride Ring you can use your demonic powers but you began to look like an ordinary person

You didn't like the fact that you looked like an ordinary person but you couldn't do anything about it walking along the streets of Pentagram City you saw an advertisement for the Hazbin Hotel where sinners can try to redeem themselves and get into heaven

The idea of redemption for sinners seemed strange to you but since you had nowhere to go you decided to go there when you knocked on the door a cheerful girl opened it for you as you later found out her name was Charlie and she is the princess of hell

You noticed how another girl looked at you with suspicion as you later found out that it was Vaggie and she is Charlie's girl and Vaggie clearly didn't trust you because she knew who you were and your tricks and therefore tried to limit your communication with Charlie
