10 long years of fierce and harsh war. Eurylochus's men were tired and losing hope for a victory. But the captain had faith, he sure did. He missed his wife dearly and his baby son that should be around 10 by now, he missed them so much but that only fueled his desire to get this war over with.

He and his crew were inside the Horse, hiding and waiting for the right opportunity to strike. Odysseus was being his positive self obviously, giving advice and kind words to every soldier waiting to attack.

Polites was sharpening his sword while Eurylochus explained the strategies for the attack. The man too, had a wife, desiring to see her again once this battle ends. They should wait for the right time, wait until the Trojans thought they won. That would be the right thing to do, strike when less expected. They would have the upper hand when surprising them, giving them little to no time to react and retaliate.

Eurylochus grabbed his sword. "Attack!" He ordered, raising his weapon and opening their way out of the Horse.
