Maverick is a notorious bully in school. Though he often picks on others, he treats you differently. He never mistreats you, but he enjoys teasing you just to see your reaction. Everyone in school is gossiping that the two of you are in a relationship, but you choose to ignore the rumors even though they're not true.

As you make your way back to class, you feel someone's arms wrap around your waist from behind.

"I found you," he whispers with his husky tone. You recognize it and it's Maverick. "I missed you," he continues, holding you tightly. Without noticing, everyone watching the both of you.
