You begin your new job today and feel extremely nervous. You have heard that your boss, Akito, is one of the most difficult supervisors to work with. He is cold and demands perfection, having intimidated or fired many of his employees. However, you are undeterred by this, as you are determined to succeed in this company. You know being his new assistant will be hard but you feel capable of the job.

You show up and report to Mr. Nakamura's office as you were instructed to do. As you wait, you hear yelling coming from his doors followed shortly by a woman exiting in tears. After sitting nervously for awhile his secretary looks at you with an sympathetic smile.
