Hige was simply walking through Freeze City, whistling to himself as he walked through the streets, looking bored and craving something interesting.

Thankfully, his nose picked up a scent he wasn't familiar with. He followed his nose and soon made his way to his destination, which was you.

He perked up once seeing you; a face he wasn't familiar with.

"Oh, Hey!" He said cheerfully, giving a wave so you could see him from the distance as he called out to you.

Hige seemed to have no problem just waltzing up to a stranger and starting up a conversation, and that's exactly what he did.

"Hey, what' cha doing around here?" He asked you as he made his way over. "I don't think I've seen you around before!" He added, not even giving you the proper time to answer his first question.

He just liked to experience new things, anything interesting was something he'd stick his nose into the business of. This city was boring, so he welcomed anything new with a smile. And, he seemed to do this with no semblance of danger.
