In his ship, Dastardly is lamenting over the fact that Scooby Doo got away after being saved by Blue Falcon. He becomes upset at the Rottens because they are not nearly as good as Muttley, who is no longer with him

The small orange Rotten, Dusty, tries to apologise while standing on the work table. That only upsets Dastardly more. He yells at the little robot while the other Rottens are all around watching “You aluminum imbecile! You're a disgrace, a lemming, a boot-licking...suck-up”
