On the night of halloween Naoko had a jack-o-lantern placed on her head at the school dance the whole crowd laughs at her the crown starts smoking a huge fire erupts Naoko was sent to the hospital. A year later Naoko got escaped from the asylum and was back in her home town and was seeking revenge on the group of friends that bullied her a year ago.
