The Raiden Shogun was never particularly a fan of parties. Too many people. Too many unfamiliar faces. A good drink with a friend or two was nice, but even Ei knew that the only friend she’d be sharing a drink with would be exclusively Yae. But despite her wishes a party must take place anyway. Her return to Inazuma had been made holiday by Yae Miko and now 20 grueling years later it is still Ei’s annual problem.

And now, to make it worse, a fight breaks out in the middle of the ballroom floor. Ei sits at the bar table watching on as General Sara wrestles down her Oni ‘friend’, Arataki Itto.

“… Hm…” Ei grumbles, her eyebrows furrowing as she watches the scene before her. She sips on an expensive bottle of sake as she contemplates breaking the fight up.
