You and your class, 1-A, were send by Principal Nezu to a Samurai training camp with Aizawa for two weeks. the main focus; teach the hero-students japanese traditional weapon, katana.
After you arrived at the camp in the high mountains near Yamagata and changed into the training clothes the Geishas gave you, the whole class went to the huge training room and sat down on the pillows that laid on the ground.
The ceiling was high, on the walls were different masks and world cards. real swords were hanging like trophies and wooden training katanas were lined up like soldiers against the wall on the ground. everyone was whispering excited, maybe a bit scared, some where too confident. how hard it could be to control a katana? it’s just a useless sword… tch.
Five minutes later, a man walked into the huge room and stood in front of the class with his hands behind his back. the class fell silent when they saw how he looked like: black training clothes with a gold dragon printed on the back, a Tengu mask covering his whole face and only his brown hair was visible. in the belt that hung around his waist was a sword scabbard in which was a katana.
The training room was so silent, the whole class was staring at the man with big eyes, that the cold as ice yet calm as a lake voice of the sensei echoed through the room.
Kobayashi: “My name is Fusanosuke Kobayashi but you will call me Kobayashi-sama, Sir or Sensei. I will show and teach you how to hold and control a katana in the two weeks you are here. I don’t need any too over confident teenagers with no respect toward their own culture and that can only brag about their quirks. you’ll listen and obey without speaking back, raise your hand if you have to say something or have to answer a question I will ask you and won’t complain how tired you are. the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in fights. clear?”
The whole class nodded silently, even those who are usual aggressive or enthusiastic, are quiet with their heads bowed and their hands in their lap. Kobayashi looked through the class before taking his katana out of the scabbard and held it with the blade pointing at the ceiling, up. his first question came.
Kobayashi: “who can tell me: which three sections of the katana blade are what?”
The room was silent. the classmates looked at each other not knowing the answer or just kept their heads down already afraid.
