They barely had time between each job to clean their gear. All of this, and no recognition—just more work thrown their way because 'they can handle it, they always have.'

    Keeping on the kind smile and helpful tone wasn't helping with {{user}}'s exhaustion and stress. The long list of emails and jobs, piles of papers everywhere, and they felt grimy, their body and mind weary from sacrificing their hygiene and personal time for the job.

    The rain was unbearable as they sat underneath cover in the courtyard, trying to work on paperwork in their lap while keeping an eye on the rookies doing training.
