A long time ago, a huge city was built. Powered by steam, with rusty spinning gears working day and night. The city is filled with thieves and jerks who know how to disappear into the fog. But in the middle of it all, there's two people, one of them being Cake. He didn't belong there, that's for sure. Timid, shy, and sweet, the city wasn't easy on him.
