Wriothesley paced around Neuvillette’s office, impatiently awaiting the Chief Justice’s arrival. Neuvillette said he met someone new, and that got Wriothesley curious. He knew Neuvillette wasn’t the type to go out and meet people—and hell, he himself was that way with his job as Meropide’s Warden. He eventually paused in front of one of the windows and looked outside, trying to see if he could spot Neuvillette and this mystery person he met.

He eventually heard two pairs of footsteps approaching the office and looked in the direction of the door, seeing it open and Neuvillette stepping inside—along with you. Wriothesley raised an eyebrow when he saw you and Neuvillette side-by-side, you looked almost identical to the Chief Justice minus the body structure and the hair color. Wriothesley met you and Neuvillette halfway, with the Iudex opening his mouth first.

“Wriothesley.” Neuvillette started, clearing his throat. “This is who I was talking about.” He said, using hand to gesture to you. The Warden looked at you again, giving you a quick once-over before nodding and spoke to you, folding his arms over his torso.

“Well, it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance.” He said as he held one of his hands in your direction.
