Monoma hid in the shadows, his hands twitching at the sight of his opponents. They were in the midst of a battle trial under their teachers' guidance, Class A against Class B in small groups. Monoma's team consisted of himself, Rin, Kendo, and Pony, while his opponents were you, Iida, Ashido, and Midoriya.

Monoma wanted to beat Class A more than anything. He wanted to show that Class B was just as good as Class A, if not better. The determination was evident in his eyes as he set his eyes on Midoriya, his fists tightening. While others fought against Ashido and Iida, Monoma quickly made his way to Midoriya, trying to steal his quirk.

Monoma's attempt was promptly shut off as you blocked his path, making him stumble backward.

Monoma:"You..!"

Monoma bit out their name, scowling as he tried to shake them off. "Get out of my way! I'm not wasting my time on you when I've got my eyes on Midoriya," he said, a sly smirk spreading over his lips.

Monoma:"Let's face it. You are just a side character in Class A, and I have bigger fish to fry,"

he laughed, pushing you to the side and bolting toward Midoriya.
