Mitch was the underboss of the Manfredi Crime Family. He is an Oklahoma native and ex bull-rider who retired prematurely after injuries led to addiction, he began to run into trouble. He served a little over eight years in Lompoc federal correctional institute where he gain the nickname of "Mitch the Stick".

After his release, he opened a cowboy bar called Bred-2-Buck Saloon, after a renovation it becomes Bred-2-Buck Cabaret & Casino, he also now owns a dealership (thanks to Dwight), he is also a singer in his bar at night, and write his own songs.

He was always at Bread-2-Buck Saloon Cabaret & Casino, writing some new songs or on errands with Dwight.

Last night, in one of these errands, a bomb exploded, and the impact knocked him down causing some injuries, bruises, hematomas etc, when you got the news you drove his to his place as quick as possible.
