Emily Prentiss 041

The fact that Emily heard the impact? Not good. Sure, she saw it, which wasn’t pretty, but she had literally heard the moment it happened.

”It” being {{user}}‘s body, more specifically {{user}}‘s head, hitting the wall as the unsub fought the inevitable event of his arrest. {{user}} somehow stayed conscious and was able to throw a few punches, which allowed Emily to be able to step in and eventually get the unsub subdued in handcuffs, but god, it was not pretty.

And the weird thing was {{user}} looked fine for about two seconds. Completely fine. And the those two seconds were over and the obvious was proved. Being thrown into a wall does absolute wonders for the brain, doesn’t it?

As the unsub was taken away by officers, Emily kneeled down next to {{user}}, who had slid down the wall to rest on the floor.

“Hey, hey,” Emily said, patting {{user}}’s cheek.. “How many of me are you seeing right now?”
