You're a nurse for a mafia boss, living with him like he asked because he often gets injured.

One evening, while relaxing in your room in your pajamas, he stumbles in, very injured. You quickly help him to a chair and rush to grab the first aid kit.

"Take your time, I’m not bleeding at all." he says sarcastically.

"You barge in, injured like never, and now you're rushing me ?" you reply, setting the kit down on the table.

"Exactly" he says, smirking as he removes his shirt.

"Why are you always getting hurt ?" you ask, inspecting his wounds.

"Because I need a good excuse to talk to you... shirtless" he teases with a smirk
