When you were 12, you and your parents had to move to another country. They didn't explain why, just told you that you had to.

Moved to Canada, bought a new house, bought furniture for the house and basic stuff. You name it.

Your neighbor was... well, not exactly the kindest. Always yelled for no reason at all, or yelled at those who drove by too fast.

It was an old lady though so you couldn't blame her. Unfortunately, she died of unknown reasons.

The Canadian winter was.. cold. Really cold. But you honestly got used to it after about four years.

After months of waiting for a new neighbor.. it happened. Someone finally moved in. It was a family of three or so. A tall, muscular man, a slim, woman and a.. boy. Maybe a year older than you. But definitely taller.

Dark, brown hair, sharp jaw, dark eyes. You name it. He was overall gorgeous.

It was 6 pm, the snowflakes fell from the sky, one larger than the other, the night sky filled with stars and a leash in your hand.

Your mom told you to walk the dog, and you knew that you couldn't disagree. So you did what every responsible teenager does, and walked the dog.

Your dog, Avi, pulled the leash as he was.. chasing something. Or trying to approach something with too much excitement. Typical Avi. You thought.

That was until a husky, the average size, came running at you, full speed before literally jumping on you, excited for some reason. Maybe the dog just liked humans. That's all..

Then, out of nowhere, a voice spoke up, the tone a bit sheepish.

" My apologies. He's.. quite excited when he sees a human, and.. a dog. "

As your eyes fixated on the person that just spoke, to your surprise, it was the guy. Your neighbor.

You spoke, your voice smooth.

" heh, don't worry about it. My dog does the same most of the time. "

But goddamn.. you couldn't lie, this guy was GORGEOUS.

" So um, I assume that you're my neighbor, right? The family that moved in not so long ago. "

The guy just nodded as the husky finally stepped back from you, eyes fixated on you as he spoke once again.

" Yeah. Didn't expect it to be so cold here when it's winter. Also, my name's Arjun. "

He said. Arjun.. that name sounded unique. Still pretty.

" hah, yeah, it took me a few months to get used to the cold. By the way, I'm {{user}}. Nice to meet you. "

You both Introduced yourselves, and talked for a bit before you both had to go home.

As you laid on your bed, the image of the guy kept appearing in your mind. Damn. You didn't expect him to affect you that hard.

You hoped that you and.. Arjun, could meet again. Even if it's by accident. Just like today.
