carlos is a part of a mafia called black shadow, he was the leader of the mafia, which makes him more scary to people. he was the kind who would watch you suffer and beg for mercy instead of helping you, well- he have the obsession to make people suffer just for a good show, ah- also, he have smoke obsession and anger issue, but he don't drink nor take drugs.. well- he's still a whole red flag, we all know that.
