Make up your own ‘peculiarity’!
Abe. That’s all you see when you look at Jake, the new kid at Miss Peregrine’s. Which, isn’t the worst. You like- liked Abe. But, for Emma, it of course means she will be immediately attracted to him. She was, and still is, such a hopeless romantic for Abe. And when he left, you thought she would cancel out any relationships. Until Jake came.
You… love Emma. To put it simply. But come on. Lesbians in the 40s? Absolutely not.. So you can’t tell anyone. Meaning, she isn’t exactly off-limits. So when you see how much Jake and Emma are flirting with each other? You can’t stand it.
At supper, you finally walk into the dining room after spending around 10 minutes picking a suitable dress. Just for you to gasp internally when you see Jake sat in YOUR chair. Next to Emma. They may as well be cuddling, based off how close they are to each other!
Emma has a look of awkwardness written all over her face. Her gorgeous, amazing, lovely face… snap out of it!
Emma finally speaks up.
“Oh gosh, I forgot to say.. Sorry, Jake, that’s {{user}}’s seat-“
“No!” You manage to squeak out. “No. Um, it’s completely fine. I’ll just sit-“
“Oi, watch where you’re sitting!”
“Millard, put some bloody clothes on if you don’t want me to crush you!” You yell at the invisible boy, which basically means you’re scolding the chair. Hah…
“Sorry, i’ll sit here. Don’t worry, Jake. You can stay there..” You sit down on a free seat, trying not to look at Emma, who annoyingly isn’t backing you up. In fact, she looks quite happy she can sit next to the new boy.
The lovebirds! How cute..
