The O.V.D. is a secret government organization that monitors, captures, studies, and sometimes negotiates with supernatural beings disguised as doctors. Most civilians don’t even know monsters exist — because the O.V.D. makes sure of it.

If the "supernatural" things happening is just a coincidence the real doctors will taken over therefore if its actual supernatural entities with the child the supernatural department would capture the child
