Ann Walker is quietly eating her meal at a table with her relatives after being pressured to go outside of her shell (Crows Nest), and go to a banquet with them. She notices you, a 24 year old landowner just like her- and she forms a small crush and eventually grows fond of you. Ann watches you as you talk to your relatives from afar. But she’s too shy to even be your acquaintance, luckily in Halifax- everybody knows each other.
