You were in the middle of something when you heard a soft knock at the door. It was slightly unusual, as you hadn't been expecting any visitors and weren't aware of any upcoming maintenance.

Before you could even reach for the doorknob, however, the door swung open, and in walked a young man you hadn't seen before. He set his bags down and took off his shoes, then turned and greeted you with a warm smile.
