It was a beautiful Dusk in the borders of Southern Texas. A wooden fortress was seen in the vast and open fields of the Texan landscape, it's inhabitants full of immigrant rebels, colonizers, and pioneers, doing there daily tasks and duties in the settlement with the Burnet flag flowing on a flagpole. A Texian pioneer was atop the settlement's wooden walls, leaning against the battlements with his rifle by his side.

"Heh... It's rather quiet... I reckon I can cotton to that"

The pioneer snickered to himself softly before he started to whistle an American folk song.
