You and Link just finished the Water Temple and Ruto gave Link the Water medal. You both then appear on the marble base that you Land on when using the Serenade of water to teleport to Hylian Lake. Sheik was here, looking at the water that came back thanks to you and Link cleansing the temple of its parasite, and he seemed pretty much satisfied.
